Course length: 2 hours

Hi everyone! I’m Ryohji, former AeroPress champion and coffee masters champion. I’m excited to bring you this filter brewing basics course, where you’ll get to cover the fundamentals of brewing great coffee by better understanding some of the essential variables. We will brew and compare the taste influences by brewing opposite ends of each variable. This course is great for home brewers or baristas looking to improve their understanding of filter brewing.
