Hi everyone! I’m Ryohji, former AeroPress Champion and Coffee Masters Champion. In this espresso basics course, we’ll be playing around and taste testing variables, such as grind size and dose, to understand how these affect the characteristics of your espresso and how to troubleshoot so you can brew better coffees at home!

This course would be great for home baristas or new baristas looking to build foundational knowledge.
